Join us for the annual Keith County Holiday Craft Fair — a festive day of shopping, creativity, and community spirit.
This beloved holiday tradition brings together talented local and regional vendors offering handcrafted goods, seasonal décor, specialty treats, boutique items, and one-of-a-kind gifts perfect for your holiday shopping list.
Whether you're checking off your Christmas list or simply enjoying the festive atmosphere, there’s something for everyone.

Vendor Information

We welcome artisans, makers, small businesses, and specialty vendors to participate in the 2025 Holiday Craft Fair.

Booth Details
  • Booth Space: 10' x 10'
  • Cost: $60 per booth
  • Vendor Registration Deadline: November 5, 2025
Tables and chairs will be available during setup. Vendors are also welcome to bring their own.
Electricity is available in the ceiling and along the North and South walls. Vendors needing access to an outlet must indicate this on the registration form and bring their own extension cords.
Partitions will be provided between booths according to layout. Vendors may request no partition between adjacent booths.
Setup & Logistics
  • Friday Setup: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (November 14, 2025)
  • Saturday Setup: Must arrive by 7:30 AM and be ready by 8:30 AM
Show hours are 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Vendors may not take down booths before 2:00 PM.
Refund Policy & Important Notes
  • Full refund deadline: September 30, 2025
  • No refunds after September 30, 2025
  • No refunds due to weather
  • Vendors agree to allow use of their business name for event promotion (Facebook, website, radio, and news print)
